Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Vivipilot handles information when you use vivipilot.com, Vivipilot Cloud, the Vivipilot Agent, shared previews, billing, and connected Desktop features.

2. Information we process

• Account data: your email address, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
• Cloud project data: projects, scenes, versions, explicitly uploaded assets, shared previews, and synchronization metadata.
• Agent data: prompts, references, generated output, and usage records required to run the service and apply credit limits.
• Billing data: subscription status, plan, invoices, and Stripe customer identifiers. Stripe processes payment-card details; Vivipilot does not store complete card numbers.
• Device and service data: connected-device identifiers, sync status, request metadata, and security or diagnostic records needed to operate and protect the service.

3. Desktop and bring-your-own-key use

Local Desktop projects and locally configured AI-provider credentials remain on your device unless you explicitly connect a project to Vivipilot Cloud or use a Cloud feature. When you use your own provider key, the selected provider processes your request under its own terms and privacy policy.

Desktop usage analytics is enabled by default and can be disabled under Desktop Settings → General. Vivipilot sends the app version, operating system, processor architecture, distribution channel, and a locally rate-limited activity signal no more than once every seven days. It does not send a persistent installation identifier, hardware identifier, project files, prompts, media, account details, workspace identifiers, or AI keys.

4. How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, save and synchronize Cloud projects, run Agent requests, process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, provide shared previews, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We share information only as needed with infrastructure, authentication, payment, and AI-processing providers that help deliver Vivipilot; when required by law; to protect users and the service; or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve Vivipilot. Advertising storage, Google signals, and advertising-personalization signals are disabled. Analytics is limited to website activity and does not include the content you create in Vivipilot. You can use your browser’s cookie and tracking controls.

Our download service records aggregate package requests, such as the requested package, platform, format, version, response status, and file size. These aggregate metrics do not use a persistent visitor identifier and are not a guarantee that a download completed or was installed.

Desktop analytics is used to estimate first launches and weekly activity, understand version and platform adoption, and improve reliability. It is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving Vivipilot. You can disable it at any time without losing any feature. 7. Retention and deletion

Cloud project versions are retained according to the active plan. Desktop and download analytics are retained as aggregate daily totals without a visitor or installation identifier. Google Analytics information follows the configured analytics-property retention period. Other account, billing, security, and service records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting us.

8. Security and your choices

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You can manage connected devices and billing from account settings, choose whether to enable Cloud sync, and use Desktop with your own provider key where supported.

You can disable or re-enable Desktop analytics at any time under Desktop Settings → General. Turning it off stops future analytics from that installation.

9. Your data-protection rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. 10. International processing

Vivipilot and its service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, authentication providers, or selected AI providers operate. Where required, we rely on a recognized adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

11. Children

Vivipilot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
